Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and internal systems
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware
- Monitor and manage local network, internet connectivity, and access control systems
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues (software bugs, login errors, connectivity problems)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update software licenses
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and followed
- Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics
- Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace is a plus)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple IT tasks independently

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Pakistani citizen with valid CNIC
- Based in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad
- Team-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
